If you have any interest in cardistry at all, this magazine is a treat — the sort of treat most of us don’t get to experience past our childhood. The feeling of new issue of your favourite comic book. A new episode of your favourite cartoon. This magazine evokes that same feeling in me. And, you know, I can also learn things from it.
Like the first one, I think this magazine is very well made: from the smell, impagination, colours, and illustrations to the interviews and moves tutorial.
It is very nice to have something concrete related to cardistry in my hands!
As a beginner cardist it's beautiful to discover new things of this art and something else related to it; somehow reading these pages make me feel connected to the community!
Top quality, content and smell
What Biz (and his friends) have achieved with The flourish is commendable. I’m a card magician who found an interest in cardistry and I have thoroughly enjoyed reading both volumes. The magazines are well made, aesthetically pleasing, with a variety of content. Can’t wait to see what comes next.
